The possible symptoms are enlarged male breasts, male infertility, speech difficulty, sparse body hair, inability to produce sperm and sparse body hair. The molecular activity is found that males with this disease have an extra chromosome. They have genotype (xxy) instead of just genotype(xy). The only cure is testosterone therapy.
